I purchased my first new car from Volvo Mississauga and the experience with Nick was outstanding. I was moments away from giving up on Volvo from another dealership experience when beginning my search for a car… that is, until I met Nick at Volvo Mississauga.
If it wasn’t for his incredible energy, attention to detail and outstanding customer care, I wouldn’t be in the position that I am in today.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nick… and Liam, the manager was quick to check in on my experience along the way.
10/10 experience.
I had an excellent experience working with Omar Noah while getting my Volvo XC90 repaired. From the beginning, Omar was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to getting everything resolved properly.
What stood out the most was how patient he was throughout the warranty claim process. There was a lot of back-and-forth involved with the warranty company, and the process took longer than expected, but Omar stayed on top of everything and never made me feel like I was being a burden. He communicated with the warranty company, provided the information they needed, kept me updated, and continued following through until the repair could move forward.
He also took the time to explain what was happening with my XC90 and made sure I understood the repair instead of just rushing through the process. Having someone who communicates well and actually takes ownership of a customer’s situation makes a huge difference, especially when dealing with the stress of a vehicle repair and a warranty claim at the same time.
Omar is the type of employee who adds real value to a service department. His patience, customer service, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Employees like him are a big reason customers feel comfortable coming back and recommending the business to others.
Thank you again, Omar, for all your help with my Volvo XC90. Your effort and patience were genuinely appreciated. I would definitely recommend asking for Omar if you need help with your vehicle.
All the staff is helpful willing to serve you right away. I had help from Nick and Megan and they were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me locate the right car and with the back and forth of me changing my mind, they were very patient and did not try to force anything. They were very understanding and were able to help me out. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is very kind, gentle and humble, it absolutely made the experience worth while.
This is One of the best Volvo dealerships ive been to. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here you will not be disappointed.
I recently purchased a new 2026 Volvo XC40 Plus B5 AWD from Mississauga Volvo. My experience could not have been better. Vinh my car dealer was fantastic. He sourced the car I wanted and negotiated a fair deal on my trade in. The transaction was seamless and stress free. I love my new Volvo XC40. It's more than I could have hoped for. It's a beautiful vehicle. I've had it for 3 weeks now and I have no regrets whatsoever. I'm very happy to be a part of the Volvo Family. Thank you Vinh for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Kevin and Mike
