My wife and I came to Volvo Mississauga considering trading in our XC90 for a new, smaller SUV. We made an appointment with Kevin, who was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable and flexible as we considered different colours and options. However, the balance to pay after trade-in was not something we could afford, unfortunately. But that's where Kevin showed his best: he looked at every opportunity to bring it to a level we'd be comfortable with, by looking for vehicles with fewer options in the vast inventory available at that dealership. He maximized all available incentives, and advocated on our behalf with management. In the end, we purchased a new XC40 and are VERY happy with it. Looking back, if it weren't for Kevin's tenacity and flexibility, I don't know if we'd be driving a new car today, so thank you very much Kevin!
