Best car dealership experience I’ve ever had.
Everyone was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. No one wasted my time trying to sell things that didn’t make sense.
I especially want to thank Kevin—he really helped me a lot. He was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, with great energy. He felt more like a brother you can trust than a typical salesperson.
Meghan, the finance manager, was solid too. She made everything straightforward, explained things clearly, and kept the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I ended up getting an XC60; solid car. No gimmicks, no flashy nonsense. Just a well-built car. I was pretty hesitant about the color, but I went with Mulberry Red. I’ve had black and gray cars before, so I was like, screw it.
I purchased my first new car from Volvo Mississauga and the experience with Nick was outstanding. I was moments away from giving up on Volvo from another dealership experience when beginning my search for a car… that is, until I met Nick at Volvo Mississauga.
If it wasn’t for his incredible energy, attention to detail and outstanding customer care, I wouldn’t be in the position that I am in today.

All the staff is helpful willing to serve you right away. I had help from Nick and Megan and they were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me locate the right car and with the back and forth of me changing my mind, they were very patient and did not try to force anything. They were very understanding and were able to help me out. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is very kind, gentle and humble, it absolutely made the experience worth while.
This is One of the best Volvo dealerships ive been to. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here you will not be disappointed.

Kevin was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I never enjoy negotiation process, but I am truly thankful for his invaluable help during the whole process, which made it much more manageable and enjoyable. His expertise and support were commendable. We ended up trading and buying the 2026 xc90.
